The College Roller Foundation aims to change it's organizational and leadership structure to a Board of Directors. The Director positions within the United States would have individual Board assigned responsibilities, as well as overseeing specific regions of the United States. As the Board member that serves a particular region, you are to be the point person for all things College Roller Foundation and college roller hockey. You are to serve as a resource to help educate and guide players, parents, families, and coaches through the college roller hockey process. You are also the primary promoter for the College Roller Foundation in your region. Additional responsibilities may include things like organizing fundraisers, running booths at events, and doing media appearances within your region. Board members will also receive voting privileges for College Roller Foundation matters.
This Board member is responsible for handling all things financial related to the College Roller Foundation. This includes activities ranging from tracking Builder donations to filing necessary paperwork with the IRS and state level governments.
This Board member is responsible for managing the Women's College Roller Initiative.
This Board member is responsible for running social media accounts, creating content, organizing third party media opportunities, and more.
This Board member is responsible for creating and managing the fundraising activities of the College Roller Foundation.
This Board member is responsible for overseeing the design, creation, inventory, sale, and shipping of merchandise.
This Board member is responsible for managing relationships with Host Partners. This may include everything from develop relationships with new Host Partners to managing relationships with current Host Partners.
This Board member is responsible for overseeing all activities related to scholarships. This includes activities ranging from the creation and documentation of scholarship parameters with Host Partners, correspondence of all documentation related to scholarships with the Director of Finance, and sending individual scholarships to players.
As a regional Board member that is outside of the United States, this member is likely to have responsibilities that overlap some with the other Board members. These Board members will be have all of the Regional Representative responsibilities as well.

Territory includes all of Latin America, South America, and the Caribbean
Territory includes all of Canada and Greenland
Territory includes New Zealand, Australia, South Asia, East Asia, and India
Territory includes all of Africa
